OUR VISION

The Newham Healthy Schools Scheme is an active partnership between health and education which will support schools to improve standards and reduce health and social inequalities among children and young people

The Newham Healthy Schools Scheme is one of 150 schemes in England implementing the National Healthy School Standard at local level.

The National Healthy School Standard has three principle components; working in partnership, managing the scheme and working with schools, and forms the framework of local Healthy School partnerships.
